**Program Description** RBHA’s Women’s Residential Treatment (WRTC) provides gender\-responsive treatment to individuals enrolled in the program. The overarching goal is to provide holistic personal recovery and wellness. The goal for pregnant women is to coordinate high quality prenatal health care commensurate with need and ensure uncomplicated, drug\-free births of infants delivered while their mothers are participating in the residential program. The goal for postpartum and parenting women is to provide assistance in adjusting to parenthood, including bonding with her infant, infant care, interacting with her infant, preparing for infant/child development and parenting training. WRTC is 24 hour facility, hiring for all position options; Full\-time, Part\-time, and PRN to work day, evening, and/or overnight shifts. **Job Summary** Provide peer support services based on lived experience in recovery. Engage individuals in behavioral health or substance use recovery through mentorship, emotional support, and resource navigation.
