**Material Processing Manager** Full\-Time \| On\-Site **Position Overview** We are seeking an experienced **Material Processing Manager** to oversee and optimize material processing, warehousing, inventory, and internal fleet operations. This role is responsible for extrusion, grinding, blending, material receiving, internal transfers, and fleet performance while driving safety, efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing operations, material handling, and logistics, with required fleet management experience. This position leads approximately 60 employees through front\-line supervisors and requires a daily on\-site presence. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee daily material processing operations, including extrusion, grinding, blending, receiving, warehousing, and internal transfers. * Manage the internal fleet of trucks, trailers, and approximately 11 tankers, including CDL drivers, preventive maintenance, repairs, replacements, and fleet performance. * Ensure inventory accuracy, material traceability, and effective management of material age, condition, and availability. * Coordinate with production, plann...
