**Job Description Summary** Provides advanced medical assistant support for clinical care delivery, patient flow, documentation quality, and care team coordination in an ambulatory care setting. Handles more complex clinic workflows, supports visit preparation and follow\-up, resolves routine operational barriers, and contributes to quality improvement activities. Performs assigned work within scope of practice and under the direct supervision of a physician or other licensed provider. Medical Assistant III (CMA/RMA), works independently on more complex assignments with limited supervision. Decisions impact patient flow, care team coordination, and recurring clinic deliverables within established protocols.
