**REGIONAL GROCERY SALES MANAGER – CALIFORNIA** Food \& Snacks \| CPG \| Grocery Retail Location: Southern California Territory: California, with primary focus on Southern California Employment Type: Full\-Time Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 base salary \+ performance\-based commission/bonus Target Total Compensation: $130,000–$150,000\+ Travel: Approximately 25–40% About the Role We are seeking an experienced Regional Grocery Sales Manager to expand our food and snack portfolio throughout the California retail grocery market. This is a growth\-focused role for someone who understands how to get food products into major supermarket chains and can take ownership of the entire sales process—from identifying opportunities and presenting products to buyers to negotiating programs, launching new accounts, and expanding distribution.
