**Essential Functions:** * Direct responsibility for Profit and Loss / Growth of Pharmaceutical business within the defined region. * Compiles reports for Director and Senior Director who shares with VP \- Sales, VP \- Business Development and General Sales Managers across the USA evaluating Pharmaceutical Market performance. * Responsible for market forecasting, strategic plan for growth, monitors and reports on market penetration. * Trains, monitors and motivates the Territory Managers, Architectural Design \& Engineering Reps and Area Managers to promote and sell into the Pharmaceutical Market. * Responsible for National and Regional Accounts in the Region \- could include main lead for Key Accounts. Handle the key relationships for Pharmaceutical accounts, Architectural Design and Engineering firms, and Design Build firms, along with Specialty Contractors in the region. * **Minimum Requirements:** * 4\+ years’ industry experience in similar sales, design, or equivalent role. * Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills. * Must be very flexible and able to work in a self\-directed, rapidly changing environment. * Has the...
