**Job Summary:** The Construction Laborer supports all phases of new home construction by assisting skilled trades, maintaining a clean and safe job site, and performing general labor tasks. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Load, unload, and transport building materials, tools, and equipment. * Prepare and clean construction sites. * Remove debris and maintain a safe, organized work environment. * Safely operate power tools in which you are trained and proficient. * Follow supervisor instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently. * Observe all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines. * Perform other duties as assigned to support construction operations. * Use ladders safely to access high or hard\-to\-reach areas during repairs. * Come equipped with own tools. * Must obtain active cell phone receives a monthly stipend a month for usage. * Daily communication with On\-site Superintendents, Area Managers and VP's. **Qualifications:** * Previous construction or labor experience is preferred but not required. * Ability to lift and carry up to 50–75 pounds ...
