Stafford Gray is looking for a senior Build \& Release Engineer to manage and improve application build, release, and configuration management for a state government client. You'll own the full application build process for two large, mission\-critical human services systems: a benefits eligibility system and a child welfare case management system. You'll also drive automation to support CI/CD and testing. This role is for a veteran configuration management professional who has owned build automation and source control administration in enterprise environments, from the legacy toolchain through modern Azure DevOps. **What You'll Do** * Manage source code control processes, including defining and enforcing standards, software baselining and versioning, branching strategy, and problem analysis, resolution, and tracking * Design and script automation workflows for efficient, reliable builds and releases into higher environments * Perform build and deployment activities across multiple environments, modifying tasks and variables at the build and deployment stages to move releases through established processes * Serve as Azure DevOps Administrator for one of the systems, including creat...
