**Job Summary** The Controller is responsible for assisting the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with the Bank's financial accounting, reporting, and overall financial operations. This position supports the CFO in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial and regulatory reports, monitoring financial activities, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and banking regulations. Additionally, this position is responsible for administering the Bank's human resources functions, including payroll, employee benefits, personnel records, and employment\-related policies and procedures.
