**INTRODUCTION** Under the general supervision of the Financial Officer, this position supervises the Fiscal Services Department support staff and performs complex accounting and financial duties for the organization. The position requires strict adherence to HGEA’s confidentiality policy, the ability to meet multiple deadlines, and the capacity to manage several tasks simultaneously. It also requires tact, adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 95%** SUPERVISORY/ADMINISTRATIVE 1\. Supervises the Fiscal Services Department’s administrative support staff, including establishing performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, managing employee performance, and addressing personnel matters. 2\.
