Overview: We are seeking a highly strategic, commercially minded, and analytically rigorous Vice President, FP\&A to lead our Financial Planning \& Analysis organization and serve as a key financial partner to the company's commercial and operating leadership. This is a high\-impact leadership role responsible for connecting financial performance to business strategy, driving disciplined planning and forecasting, and providing the insights needed to accelerate profitable growth. The VP will partner closely with the CFO, Sales, Operations, and business unit leaders to understand the key drivers of revenue and profitability, identify opportunities and risks, and translate business strategy into actionable financial plans. This role also interacts regularly with the company's private equity sponsor and lenders, supporting sponsor and lender reporting, tracking progress against the value\-creation plan, and contributing to the organization's exit readiness.
