Responsibilities/Job Description: Fairview is looking to hire a Health Information Management (HIM) Operations Representative II to join our team! This position works Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, and offers the flexibility to work in a home\-based setting while staying connected and collaborating with the HIM team. The ideal candidate will have previous Epic experience, strong medical record navigation skills, and the ability to efficiently locate, review, and manage health information. We are looking for a detail\-oriented, self\-motivated individual who is comfortable working independently while maintaining strong communication and collaboration with team members. * Previous experience working with Epic and navigating electronic health records. * Strong understanding of health information management processes and medical record documentation. * RHIT certification preferred. * Excellent organizational and time\-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities. * Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality when handling patient information. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast\-paced environment...
