**WHY DO WE NEED YOU?** We need a results\-driven Logistics Operations Manager to lead shipping, receiving, raw material planning, and inventory operations while ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted plant performance. Your leadership will be critical to strengthening customer service, developing the logistics team, controlling costs, and driving continuous improvement across the operation. * Lead all plant shipping, receiving, warehousing, distribution, and raw material planning activities. * Ensure accurate, error\-free shipments and on\-time delivery to support customer satisfaction. * Manage raw material ordering, inventory levels, supplier relationships, and production continuity. * Oversee inventory controls, cycle counts, audits, FIFO requirements, and obsolete materials. * Lead and develop shipping personnel, logistics planners, and traffic coordinators. * Manage departmental budgets, equipment, service agreements, capital projects, and performance indicators. * Partner with site leadership to improve safety, efficiency, quality, cost performance, and overall business results. **IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field prefe...
