As our Personal Lines Account Manager, you will provide essential support to the Personal Lines Department by performing the following essential duties. **Performance Expectations/Responsibilities:** * Maintain a thorough understanding of all carrier and agency change procedures, as well as industry specifics. * Regularly review daily, weekly, and monthly reports provided by the department manager related to data maintenance in the Agency Management System. * Effectively manage follow\-ups generated in the Agency Management System. * Cultivate and sustain quality relationships with carriers and coworkers. * Ensure accurate documentation is maintained in the Agency Management System. * Adhere to agency procedures and regulations to ensure compliance. * Attend mandatory agency meetings and external functions, seminars, and conferences. * Acquire the required insurance license and complete necessary continuing education to maintain license eligibility. * Communicate clearly and concisely with coworkers and management. * Document the processing of policy changes, cancellations, and claim payments. * Review the expi...
