This position provides daily leadership and support to production employees while helping ensure operational goals are achieved in a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is a hands\-on leader who values teamwork, continuous improvement, and employee development.### **What You'll Do** * Lead day\-to\-day production activities for the assigned shift, ensuring safety, quality, and output goals are achieved. * Provide coaching, direction, and support to production team members across the stave mill operation. * Monitor production flow, staffing, and work assignments while ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards. * Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives. * Support regulatory, environmental, and workplace safety requirements while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. **Shift/Hours:** 6am\-4:30pm M\-Thurs.
