We're growing rapidly, with offices nationwide, and we handle freight for shippers across the country. We're hiring an experienced Dispatcher at our Delray Beach office to keep freight moving, support our carrier partners and help us grow. **What You'll Do** * Plan, schedule and dispatch loads so pickups and deliveries happen on time * Keep in regular contact with drivers and carriers through each load, from pickup to delivery * Track shipments in real time and keep customers informed about status, delays and exceptions * Solve problems as they come up, including breakdowns, detention, reschedules and rejected loads * Keep load information and documents accurate and complete in our TMS * Work closely with our brokerage and sales teams to cover freight quickly and efficiently * Build strong relationships with carriers and drivers **What We're Looking For** ***Required:*** * Dispatch experience in trucking, freight or logistics * Strong communication skills via phone, email, text and Microsoft Teams * The ability to multitask, stay organized and make decisions under press...
