**Position Summary** The Finance Director is responsible for the overall financial management, accounting, reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and financial compliance of the organization and its affiliated entities. This position provides financial leadership to management and the Board of Directors and ensures that financial information is accurate, timely, and useful for decision\-making. The Finance Director oversees day\-to\-day accounting operations while also providing strategic financial analysis and guidance. The position works closely with executive leadership, program staff, auditors, governmental agencies, and other external partners.
