**Job Summary:** The Executive Director will have the overall responsibility for managing the facility’s mission and vision and the ability to engage in strategic decision\-making in addition to day\-to\-day management. The incumbent will be responsible for leading and directing assigned programs and services, promoting continuous improvement in quality, utilization, and cost\-effectiveness. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Facilitate conflict resolution and complaint procedures regarding employees and clients. * Attend Management Meetings. * Maintain employee files. * Responsible for assessment of candidates for employment, coordination of onboarding, orientation, training, supervision, evaluation, and discipline for department employees.
