**Job Summary** --------------- The primary responsibility of the Management Analyst is preparing and managing major departmental activities, including planning, budget, project, and position management. Work requires the exercise of independent judgement within established policies and procedures and is performed under the direction of director level leadership. Work is evaluated through reports, observations, and obtained results.
