JOB DESCRIPTION Oversees the internal review process for the department. Reviews and assist with completing risk assessments of all HHS programs. Supervises programmatic, financial and statutory testing of programs; reviews and approves work papers and reports to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws, County policies and procedures and fiscal compliance; provides planning, supervisory and administrative support to the Monitoring \& Compliance team, performs research, provides legislative analyses; and communicates audit findings to all levels of management. **Management Scope:** Supervises, trains and evaluates fiscal and program monitors. RESPONSIBILITIES 1\. Trains and supervises fiscal and program monitoring in the examination of financial records and operations of Health and Human Services to ensure compliance with grant contractual requirements, deliverables and applicable laws, County policies and procedures and fiscal compliance. 2\.
