Eaton’s AER MSD Mission System Division is currently seeking a Planning Lead. This role is based in Davenport, IA. The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 \- $126000 a year. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. **What you’ll do:** ------------------- Manages and develops the planning team within the IPT (Integrated Product Team) and as a member of the IPT cabinet works in conjunction with the other members of the cabinet to achieve our burning platform: We must relentlessly drive to earn Customer trust through superior Quality and Delivery to achieve sustainable growth. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise planners assigned in their daily task completion and takes action as needed to improve performance * Work with the Senior Planning Manager and the other IPT Planning Managers to lead \& develop the material planning team, enhancing capability through training, performance management, coaching and execution of individual development plans. * Establish and monitor relevant Metrics \& KPI’s for planning exce...
