Let’s talk.** Phase 1 Equity is a fast\-growing Dental Service Organization partnering with orthodontic practices across the country. We’re building something big, and we need a sharp, detail\-obsessed accountant to help keep our books tight as we grow. Requirements: **What you’ll do** * **Own the close.** Journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and roll\-forwards, done right and on time every month. * **Keep things balanced.** Reconcile bank, credit card, balance sheet, and intercompany accounts across multiple entities. * **Dig into the numbers.** Research variances, prepare account analyses, and support reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. * **Help us grow.** Bring newly acquired practices into our accounting system and help build the processes that let us scale. * **Keep payroll running smoothly.** You’ll own payroll processing in Paylocity to start, then shift into a backup role as your accounting responsibilities grow with the company. * **Make things better.** Spot inefficiencies, document procedures, and help strengthen our controls....
