The Regional CFS Director serves as a strategic business partner to Market and Store leadership, driving operational excellence and improving performance across AutoNation's Customer Financial Services (CFS) organization. This role develops and supports CFS Development Managers through coaching, training, and operational leadership to improve key performance metrics, including Per Vehicle Retail (PVR), Product Penetration (PI), Vehicle Protection Products (VPP), Customer Satisfaction (CSI), and overall profitability.
