**Job Overview** We are seeking an experienced Cloud Subject Matter Expert, Lead to support a federal government Microsoft 365 and Power Platform contract. This role owns the technical architecture, design, implementation, and ongoing operations of the Microsoft 365 environment, serving as the platform's deepest technical authority on the program. The ideal candidate has led multiple large\-scale (1,000\+ user) Microsoft 365 implementations, is comfortable engaging directly with executives and cross\-functional teams, and can mentor other technical staff while keeping program leadership informed on status, issues, and solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead Microsoft 365 technical architecture, system analysis, design, implementation, and ongoing operations \& maintenance (O\&M) * Provide expert\-level platform guidance to project teams on Microsoft 365 security, privacy, licensing, compliance, and governance * Communicate status, issues, and proposed solutions clearly to program leadership and client stakeholders * Mentor and provide technical direction to other technical staff on the team * Partner directly with executives, project managers, DevOps engineers, and business anal...
