**About the Role** Anchor Bay Powder Coat is seeking a hands\-on Sr. Financial Analyst with 5–7 years of experience to own financial reporting, cash management, and profitability analysis while also managing day\-to\-day accounting processes. This is a high\-visibility role reporting directly to the CEO in a growing, ISO 9001 / AS9100 certified manufacturing company. Ideal for someone who wants real impact and the chance to build systems as we scale. This is a full\-time, on\-site position. Candidates must currently live within commuting distance of New Baltimore, MI. Relocation assistance is not available.
