**Description** Understands "big picture" and takes strategic approach to planning. Responsible for delivering business value through effective management of operations programs, consults and provides recommendation, owns and communicates strategy to key staff/stakeholders. Ensures that master plans and schedules are followed, develops solutions to program challenges, and directs others for the successful completion on time and on budget. Routinely provides strategic guidance and support to achieve a corporate vision; performing liaison activities with upper management and stakeholders. Responsible for alignment, which entails top\-down vision, goals and objectives from business strategy flowing through to the successful completion of programs from program objectives.
