Job title: **Practice and Mobile Operations Manager \- Wells River** Reports to: Chief Nursing Officer \| Position: Full time, 1\.0 FTE Key collaboration: Works in partnership with other Practice Managers, the Manager of Administrative Services, clinical leaders, HR, Quality, Facilities, Technology, Finance, Programs and Grants, and community partners. Leads day\-to\-day Wells River practice operations and assigned mobile operations. Coordinates shared staffing, patient access, workflows, and mobile host\-site arrangements while clinical and functional leaders retain their designated authority. FLSA Status: Exempt Work Schedule: Full time, 1\.0 FTE, five days per week; hours may vary with service schedules, including occasional evenings or weekends. Work Location: On\-site at the Wells River practice and assigned mobile and community service locations, with local travel as needed.
