**Standard Job Description** ---------------------------- **Role Overview** Coordinate engineering projects from planning through completion. You’ll be responsible for aligning schedules, technical work, design activities, and project priorities across teams while supporting the resolution of engineering design and test issues. This role connects engineering teams, program priorities, and business requirements to help keep complex work moving toward successful completion. **Key Duties / Responsibilities** * Lead the planning, organization, integration, and completion of engineering projects within an assigned area. * Develop and maintain engineering program plans, schedules, and priorities. * Drive resolution to risks and issues that arise across projects. * Co\-create an environment where cross functional teams are optimizing around the hardest work in flight. * Provide vital communication channel with DoD customers. * Review system designs and related documentation for alignment with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and applicable specifications. * Own and drive project financial activities, including budgets, cost estimates, and cost tra...
