**Overview** 25 year old, $15M, SMB electronic parts distribution company serving the legal casino gaming market, is looking for an experienced, proven CEO to turnaround month/month falling revenue and net profits losses. An aggressive push for company\-wide performance has revealed limitations in senior management and driven turnover among key sales staff, leading to a drop in sales and profitability. **Responsibilities and Qualifications** We are looking for a dedicated, 100% hands on, on site CEO to take over and turn around to profitability. The CEO in question must be prepared to do a company review and overhaul where needed – top to bottom. This person must have experience in SMB company turnarounds of a similar type (multi\-warehouse B2B product distribution). This person would be offered a 3 – 5 year contract with the goal of increasing EBITDA, for sale at the end of that period.
