Reporting to the Assistant Registrar, the Degree Audit and Graduation Specialist supports student progress and success by managing the PeopleSoft academic advisement system and ensuring accurate degree audits, academic program requirements, and student records. The position monitors student progress toward degree completion, conducts final degree audits, processes graduation applications, and supports graduation and commencement activities. The specialist serves as a key resource for students, faculty, advisors, and administrators by interpreting academic requirements, policies, and procedures and resolving individual student issues. The role also requires maintaining confidentiality and compliance with FERPA while providing timely, professional, and customer\-focused support to the college community. Primary Purpose The Degree Audit and Graduation Specialist will manage the PeopleSoft academic advisement module including building, implementation and maintenance of programs, majors, minors for all students.
