**Role Overview:** Provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. **Responsibilities:** Promotes patient\- and family\-centered care, educating on illness management, post\-treatment care, and medication use. Engages in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and compliance, while participating in professional development. Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients. Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors. **Qualifications \& Skills:** Requires an RN license and a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; bachelor’s degree preferred. No prior experience required, but two years of experience is preferred.
