Star Buds Illinois is Chicagoland's leading cannabis dispensary chain, with five locations across the region (Burbank, Riverside, Hoffman Estates, Westmont, and Summit). We're growing fast — across retail, cultivation, and new ventures — and need an experienced Accounting Manager to help run the numbers behind that growth. This role owns full\-cycle accounting for an assigned set of stores and entities: monthly P\&L close, sales and cannabis excise tax filings, and day\-to\-day partnership with our outside tax attorneys and CPA on entity\-level reporting. You'll work alongside our other Accounting Manager (based in Rockford) as a peer, each covering your own group of locations/entities and both reporting to the Director of Finance /ownership. This position is based out of our Burbank store location. **Primary Responsibilities** **Full P\&L \& Close** * Own the monthly close and P\&L for your assigned stores/entities — revenue, COGS, labor, and opex. * Prepare monthly management reporting packages with variance commentary (budget vs. actual, prior period, prior year). * Reconcile Dutchie POS sales data (End of Day, Transactions by Date, Discount Detail) to the general ledger and dai...
