**20% Travel Required** **About the Role:** As a CBRE Agency Asset Analyst, you will be responsible for performing basic support, moderate research and financial evaluations of multifamily properties, loans, and portfolios. This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group. **What You’ll Do:** * Act as a point of contact for departmental support. * Monitor a portfolio of small loans. Perform quarterly financial statement reports and reviews of 3rd party inspections. Present recommendations on observations to management. * Tracks loan events such as interest\-only expiration, hedge expirations, and loan maturity. Review potential impacts on performance. * Provide customer service support to team and clients. Work with loan servicing companies to meet client needs and requests.
