Overview: **Assistant Controller** **Position Summary** The Assistant Controller supports the Corporate Controller and CFO in the oversight of the Company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. This position provides support and leadership to the Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Billing functions and plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, strengthening processes and controls, and building scalable accounting operations to support the Company’s continued growth. The Assistant Controller is a key contributor to the monthly close, financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, process improvement, and development of the accounting organization. **Essential Duties \& Responsibilities** **Financial Accounting \& Reporting** * Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. * Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules for accuracy and completeness. * Assist with preparation and review of financial statements and management reporting. * Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and financial reporting processes in accordance with GAAP and Company policies. * Research accounti...
