**Description** **Your role at GEI.** GEI is expanding and we are seeking Civil Engineers to join our growing Marquette, MI office. This individual will assist with ongoing engineering projects and support a broad range of planning, design, analysis, and construction\-related activities. Placement and responsibilities will vary with level of experience of applicant. **Essential Responsibilities \& Duties** * Prepare design drawings in Civil 3D with oversight from senior staff. * Provide construction oversight in the field as required. * Assist in engineering calculations and reporting. * Develop construction drawings, technical specifications, bid documents and project schedules. * Assist in development of project plans, schedules, and budgets. * Periodic travel to project sites and other offices as required, including overnight travel. **Minimum Qualifications** * Working toward B.S. degree in Civil Engineering preferred. * 0\-3 years of professional experience. * Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to work well alone and in a team atmosphere. * Excellent organizational skills and valid driver’s license are required. * Must be willing to travel on...
