Overview: Lynker is seeking a Federal Agreements Specialist to provide remote support to the Business Operations Division within NOAA’s National Ocean Service (NOS). This position supports the development, coordination, administration, financial tracking, and close\-out of federal agreements that enable NOAA programs to accomplish their missions. The ideal candidate has experience with Interagency Agreements (IAAs), reimbursable agreements, G\-Invoicing, MOUs/MOAs, or related federal funding and partnership mechanisms. Candidates with broader federal acquisition, contracting, grants, or financial management experience that includes agreement administration are also encouraged to apply.
