**\*\*\*Past experience in promotional product sales or account management in the promotional product industry is required\*\*\*** **JOB DESCRIPTION:** An ideal candidate is part technical, part creative. Candidate will be self\-motivated, able to multi\-task and have strong problem\-solving skills. Being well organized and detail oriented are essential for the fast\-paced environment. This role requires daily written and oral communication between internal departments, client and international suppliers. Positive attitude is essential. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Work in tandem alongside additional account managers to service existing House Account business. · Lead project organization and drive communication amongst internal staff and external clients for utmost return. · Determine realistic delivery schedules for customers and communicate accordingly * Delegates, escalates, and coordinates client needs with responsible internal departments · Creating and Submitting POs to Vendors along with checking timelines to ensure no time delays or issues · Following up with Vendors on Open projects to ensure deadlines are being met · Ensuring that all tracking information is obtained at the ti...
