Lead and continuously improve end\-to\-end logistics operations—ensuring safe, compliant, and on\-time delivery; robust inventory accuracy; standardized packaging; and effective receiving, while optimizing labor, material use, and carrier/service performance. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Oversee all inbound material handling: unloading, inspection, documentation, and routing. * Verify inbound shipments against POs, transfer orders, and RMAs for quantity, quality, and documentation accuracy. * Coordinate MRB/DMR processes with Quality Assurance; lead investigations for discrepancies and establish supplier/carrier feedback loops. * Manage dock layout, staging zones, and drop\-off areas to improve flow and reduce dock\-to\-stock time; ensure accurate and timely Epicor transaction posting. * Contribute to leading all logistics functions to ensure accuracy, accountability, traceability, and ERP (Epicor) system integrity. * Improve and manage the Cycle Count Program such as scheduling, variance analysis, root\-cause investigations, corrective/preventive actions. * Implement standard work for inventory and logistics organization, labeling, and traceability aligned to 5S an...
