**Senior Clinical Research Coordinator / Research Site Manager** DSM Research LLC (Dream Sleep Medicine), Frisco, TX · Full\-time · In person **About Us** DSM Research is the clinical research arm of Dream Sleep Medicine, an AASM\-accredited sleep center in Frisco. We run industry\-sponsored Phase II–III trials in sleep and CNS disorders, including narcolepsy, idiopathic hypersomnia, and obstructive sleep apnea. We're also building a portfolio of investigator\-initiated trials (IITs). We're looking for a research leader who will own the operational, financial, and regulatory health of our site and partner directly with the Principal Investigator to grow it. **The Role** This is not a task\-execution role. You will run the research site day to day: holding the team accountable, keeping every study inspection\-ready, knowing where every dollar stands, and bringing the PI a clear picture of the portfolio every week.
