Position Overview: The **Labor Management Systems Project Manager** will be responsible for leading the implementation, optimization, and ongoing success of **Labor Management System (LMS)** technology across our fulfillment operations. This role serves as the bridge between technology, data, and operations—ensuring our labor management tools and processes provide accurate, actionable insights that support productivity, workforce planning, and operational excellence.### For the first 12\-24 months, the position will lead LMS deployments and enhancements from planning and configuration through testing, implementation, training, and adoption.
