Job Title: Environmental Program Manager II Location: Overland Park, KS with local hybrid or remote options available **Description/Job Summary** **POSITION DESCRIPTION** The **Environmental Program Manager** II is responsible for leading and managing the company’s Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) contracts within EPA CLIN 2, Regions 4, 5, 6, and 7\. The ideal candidate must ensure all projects are executed in alignment with client expectations, contractual requirements, and company objectives. This role oversees EPA\-related projects and project teams within the regions, and provides strategic leadership, supports business development efforts within the EPA portfolio, and serves as a primary point of contact for client engagement. The Program Manager II also plays a key role in mentoring and developing staff, including program and project managers, to ensure consistent and successful project delivery. The Program Manager II has the potential to work in\-office, hybrid, or possibly remotely with occasional travel to project sites and HGL offices.
