**GPI** is seeking a Senior Traffic Engineer to grow and lead our traffic engineering discipline in the Delmarva region. This is a key leadership role for an experienced professional who desires to win work, build a team, and deliver technically sound traffic engineering services for public\-sector clients. This position is ideal for an experienced traffic engineer ready to take on greater business development responsibility in the DelMarVa region. The candidate should be highly proficient, be able to support project delivery, and will collaborate closely with senior engineers and project managers on a wide range of transportation projects. In this role, you will pursue and manage contracts, develop client relationships, recruit and mentor staff, and perform traffic analyses, design, and reviews on active projects.
