### **Description** The Senior Accountant is a key member of the Accounting Department responsible for managing critical accounting functions, including month\-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, account analysis, financial reporting, and audit support. The role also oversees payroll operations, ensuring compliance with payroll and tax regulations, maintaining accurate payroll records, and delivering timely and accurate payroll processing. This position partners closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to strengthen internal controls, resolve issues, and drive process improvements.### **Key Responsibilities** **I.
