Our Mission: *We are professionals committed to serving others, nurturing life, and promoting an individual’s ability to thrive.* Position Summary: Assists and supports the Director of Nursing (DON) in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the day\-to\-day functions of the nursing department in accordance with all governmental regulations, and as may be directed by the Administrator, Medical Director, and/or DON, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained.
