Overview: Waters Corporation is seeking a Trade Compliance Specialist to join our organization. This role combines program maintenance, continuous improvement, and cross‑functional collaboration with teams around the world. It is well‑suited for a candidate interested in developing and implementing processes that support global trade efficiency and supply chain risk management. The successful candidate will join the Global Trade Compliance team, which is responsible for coordinating worldwide import‑export compliance activities to ensure adherence to market access requirements. The team is committed to enhancing supply chain performance, mitigating risk, and supporting the needs of a growing global customer base. **Locations:** Milford, MA and Newcastle, DE (U.S.), and Wexford, Ireland. This position follows a hybrid work model. Employees are required to work onsite three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Remote work arrangements will not be considered for this role.
