Casas Church is seeking candidates for our full\-time Accounting Manager position. This provides strategic leadership, advice, and support for all financial matters of the church. Preferred candidates will have at least 5 years of financial accounting experience (fund accounting experience preferred), excellent interpersonal and relational skills, and be self\-motivated with a strong work ethic. Overview of responsibilities: ensure all of the church’s financial practices meet statutory and regulatory requirements and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), forecast and track churchwide income and expenses, lead the development of the annual churchwide budget, provide financial support and oversight on special projects and long\-term strategic planning, interpret complex financial information and keep leaders apprised of changing financial climates and conditions.
