Description: Spectra Gutter Systems is seeking an experienced **Corporate Maintenance Manager** to lead maintenance strategy, equipment reliability, and preventive maintenance programs across the organization. This role will provide corporate oversight for maintenance activities supporting Spectra’s manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, and branch operations. The Corporate Maintenance Manager will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Safety, and local leadership to establish consistent maintenance standards, improve equipment performance, reduce unplanned downtime, and support the long\-term reliability of company assets. The ideal candidate is an operationally focused maintenance leader with strong industrial maintenance experience and the ability to build scalable processes across multiple locations.
