Description: Manager, Treasury Reports to: Director, Finance and Treasury Position Summary Manages key aspects of Azamara's global treasury function, including cash and liquidity management, banking operations, hedging, and treasury policies, reporting, and controls. Partnering with the Director, Finance and Treasury, this role helps shape and carry out treasury strategy in support of Azamara's financial objectives and growth. It also contributes to capital structure and risk management, leads treasury technology and process improvements, and supervises and develops treasury staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operational Excellence * Own daily, short\-term and long\-term liquidity planning to ensure adequate funds for operating and capital needs. * Manage domestic and international cash operations, banking relationships, merchant processors, and corporate credit card programs. * Manage letters of credit, guarantees, and bonds required for operations. * Develop, implement, and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and controls.
