We are expanding operations in the Tacoma market and are seeking a hands\-on Project Manager – Water Mitigation to help build, manage, and scale mitigation operations from the ground up. ### **Position Summary** The Project Manager – Water Mitigation is responsible for building, managing, and scaling water mitigation projects from start to finish. This is a hands\-on leadership role requiring someone who can perform field work while also managing operations, customer relationships, scheduling, documentation, and job profitability as the business grows. In the initial phase, this role will personally handle all aspects of mitigation projects, including emergency response, field work, customer communication, job documentation, and billing.
