SEL is growing and opening a new device factory in Nampa, Idaho. We are looking for a Factory Manager to lead all production teams in a factory producing digital and ruggedized hardware products designed to protect, control, and automate electric power grids and industrial systems. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team where you’ll have an impact on ensuring SEL values and World Class Manufacturing principles are both core to the operations. Direct, lead, organize and motivate assigned factory to meet strategic and operational objectives. 2\.
