Description: Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) **Job Summary** The Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) is responsible for overseeing the safe and compliant operation of the pharmacy facilities. This role includes supervising prescription dispensing activities, maintaining compliance with all applicable Texas State Board of Pharmacy regulations, managing medication inventory, and ensuring quality patient care during limited operating hours. The PIC will collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, corresponding pharmacy personnel, and patients to support accurate dispensing practices, medication counseling, and operational efficiency. Because the pharmacy operates on a limited schedule, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective workflow management are essential.
